How long to get a redemption figure?

I have a remortgage application in process using Optima
Everything started fine
information, property title and mortgage offer complete but still waiting for redemption figure from existing lender.
Optima initially obtained this within 5 days of case opening, but it then expired.
It's now been over 10 days since they put a message up in my panel saying "Your redemption figure has expired and we need to obtain a new one"
Is it normal to take this long to obtain a redemption figure, or is it possible they were waiting for October to start before requesting a new one?

As soon as possible really.
They have received everything now.
They got the Mortgage offer on 22nd, but by the time they received it the redemption figure had expired
I assume this is all they need now, but it's been over 10 days since they knew it had expired.
The mortgage offer says the offer assumes the new mortgage starts on 16th October.0
