Hi, Didnt see your post yesterday. Things get pretty quite on here in the evenings sometimes so welcome to the board

Can you please post up a current Statement of affairs. details can be found by looking at the first time posters thread.

With regards to not claiming any Dole money are not receiving Job Seekers Allowence? Also you could eligable for Council Tax reductions and all types so take the time and look at http://www.entitledto.co.uk
Once we know your current situation we will be able to advise you the best course of action. I would suggest that a call to the CCCS would be a good starting point as they offer free impartial advice. http:///www.cccs.co.uk
Also with regards to you taking your name of the mortgage I am not sure if it could be classed as fraud IF it got to the stage it went to court. You arte probally a long way from that yet though so do not panic about this.
Look forward to more info
Regards

Sorry, not exactly sure what you are asking for speciifically, but if you want support and help in paying off your debts, you've come to the right place.
Everyone on here has been in situations similar to yourself!
The best place to start is read the sticky at the top of this forum by Southernscouser, which tells you how to put together an SOA. This in itself is often mindblowing:eek: . Then if you're feeling brave enough, post your new SOA on here and all the good DFW people on here will help you try and reduce your outgoings and pay off your debts. You're not your * could have not of * Debt not dept *0 -
Taking your name off the mortgage isn't that simple as it usually requires applying for a new one. I take it your G/F earns enough to do that?
At the moment, the plain and simple fact is you are bankrupt and at any point, your creditors can bank you and as you are a joint owner in the property, it is at risk. It will still be at risk for the next few years if you're declared bankrupt even if your G/F becomes the sole owner.
You really need to get in contact with the CCCS.0 -

Im off the mortgage,as i said i have reasons for this ie not being allowed any life insurance on it because of my medical condition so i really dont need the stress of having a mortgage if im just waiting to become ill in which case i cannot pay it anyway so whats the point of one.exception circumstances these are im writing to the credit card people at moment seeing if they will wipe the debt clear for me as it is affecting my well being and mental state i have far more to worry about than these people wanting money they are not going to get from me cos i dont have it.0 -
Hi
Have you taken any professional advice regarding your financial situation? It sounds like you need some, have a look at the CCCS website and get in touch with them they are a charity that help people with financial difficulties.
I don't understand why you haven't claimed any benefits or are you saying that they haven't awarded you any benefits. I think from your post it sounds like you really need some support through this situation. You say that you are uninsurable but you don't say if you are well enough to work, don't make yourself ill with a job that isn't suitable it won't do you any good at all.0 -
I doubt you'll get debt of £55k written off by anyone. You need to contact the card companies and see if they will reduce the interest or take token payments for a while.
Otherwise post an SOA on here and call CCCS. I think you need to be considering a DMP.Mummy to two girls, 4 & 1, been at home for four years, struggling to contend with the terrifying thought of returning to work.0
