Zero hour contact, where i stand?

Hello.
I'm just wondering where i stand with my zero hour contract. Ive been working with the same agency since 15th april 2015 doing the same role with no breaks or changes.
When i started with them, they said i would be taken on by the company after 12 weeks (i know agency's are a lot of talk) But am i entitled to equal rights as permanent employers even though im still with the agency after working for them for over 12 weeks? does that include an overtime rate? as im on £6.50 Monday - Sunday usually working 12 hours days on average.
The company has been saying for over a month they are going to put me on the rota but im still being called in and cancelled when i arrive, im meant to be paid for 6 hours if this happens. But so far im owed for 12hours paid work due to being cancelled but ive been trying to get this since the start of august.
If anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated, just wanted to get some idea before i take it further and make a fool out of myself.
Thanks Dan
