Mortgage with CCJ

Hello all
I have a CCJ from Feb 2014 from a private parking company (it's a long story).
I was just wondering what my future chances of getting a mortgage with this hanging over my head. The CCJ is the only (a major one I know) problem on my credit files. This CCJ was 'satisfied' a few months after I realised it had been issued.
I am currently saving for a deposit, the CCJ is nearly 2 years old and was for a very small sum (£145) is it likely if I have a decent deposit in place I may be considered after the CCJ is 3 years old or will I have to wait until it drops off my file completely?
Many thanks and go easy.

Hi Enook,
There would be lenders willing to consider you for a mortgage with adverse credit but naturally you'd expect to be charged a higher interest rate and you may have to put down a 15% deposit.I am a Mortgage BrokerYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a Mortgage Broker, so you need to take my word for it.

Has anyone had any experience of obtaining a mortgage with a CCJ?0

Yes, lots of people with the right lenders.
Why did you allow a CCJ for £145 to appear on your record? Even at the point of inception you had 30 days to pay and stop it appearing.
Expensive way to prove a point maybe?I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it.
