Addresses for creditors

I want to send letters to my creditors letting them know I will be making token payments until my DMP is set up.
Where do I find the correct addresses to use? When I look at the websites they seem to have several different ones plus all say the easiest way to contact them is by email or the message service on the sites. (Littlewoods, barclaycard, very, lloyds personal loan etc)
Also how would I make the payments? Can I carry on doing that online as I have made the normal payments?
Sorry if I sound stupid....my mind is running overtime the last few days and it's like I can't think straight or work out the easiest things right now.
