Answer: London Cure (Please thank posters below. :T :T :T)
It is a scientific fact that your body will not absorb calories if you take it from another person's plate.

    thanks laks,
    hope it's ok to add,

The hamper includes everything you could possibly need for
    a festive feast,
    H. Forman & Son’s inimitable smoked Scottish salmon,
delicately smoked and carved by hand in East London,
    potted lobster, twelve mince pies,
    Artisan du Chocolat truffles,
a Forman & Field hand-mixed Christmas pudding (complete with brandy butter) and much, much more, all served in a traditional wicker basket.
please be a responsible pet owner & spay/neuter your pets, too many strays & not enough homes for them sadly. k2u58ioz4c8e.png

think the answer is The London Cure although not 100% sure

Question: London based Forman & Field sell H. Forman & Son’s trademark smoked salmon, what is it called?

http://www.formans.co.uk/about_us.php mentions the London Cure and wiki states The London Cure is H. Forman & Son’s trademark smoking process

references to the london cure are on the site linked on comp page but it's a bit buried

I agree although it isn't clear and they do have a beetroot and a gin and tonic cure...

Whoops, sorry One-Eye didn't realise you'd also posted, that what happens when you open a tab and get distracted...
