Hi
I work full time for a company (contract is in the name of that company) however the MD has now set up a completely new (and very different) business and is now getting me to do ongoing work for that company in addition to my work for the original job. I get that they're both his company's however are there any issues with this? Basically he's an !!!! and is being cheap and I wasn't even asked, just told. I think I'm just wishfully thinking that there's somekind of HR/legal reason as to why I can't do work for the new company unless I have a contract or something equally spurious. Anyone any ideas?!

So having not got the job I interviewed for I'm back to being stuck with this issue. He's even got me to send letters out that state I work for this new company.
So does anyone know any issues with being contracted to work for one specific company but being forced to do work for a completely different company for no pay?!0
