How to Enter: Entering simply requires signing up to Hot@rrivals by completing the online entry form located at www.tkmaxx.com One entry per entrant and entrant must not have already signed up to Hot@rrivals Promoter is not responsible for undelivered, lost, late, misdirected, garbled, stolen, or incomplete entries or for technical problems related to, or limiting the ability of an individual to participate in the offering. All entries become the property of Promoter and will not be returned. The Promoter shall not be responsible for any computer, on-line, mailing, telephone or technical malfunctions that may occur.
Drawing: The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received on or before 11:59 PM on 31 August 2007. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The winner will be notified by email or Royal Mail on or about 10th September 2007. It is the sole responsibility of the winner to send a reply to such notification. If a potential winner does not respond to Promoter's notification within five (5) days, alternate entrants will be selected in his or her place at random from all eligible entries received. Any party who fails to respond to notification of winning as described above will forfeit his or her prize. Return of any prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and alternate entrants will be selected. All decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into concerning the drawing.
Prize: 1 winner chosen at random as described below, will receive the value of £500 in a pre-loaded TK Maxx store card redeemable in any Participating TK Maxx Store as defined below. The pre-loaded store card will automatically expire if unused in its entirety or in part for a period of 24 months or longer. All taxes, licenses, and all other costs of ownership are the sole responsibility of the winners. Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize based upon prize availability, provided such substitute prize is of equal value to the prize described herein. No substitution, cash equivalent or transfer of prize permitted except as specifically provided in this paragraph.
