Porting a Nationwide Mortgage

Any help or advice would be very welcome;

I am porting my mortgage from my old property to my new (because I cannot afford the £4000+ fee to leave my fixed rate mortgage early).

I had to have a new mortgage offer which I applied for and received months ago. However, my mortgage consultant added a completely incorrect solicitor onto my offer. I made Nationwide aware of this over 3 weeks ago but it still has not been amended and sent to my correct solicitors.

Despite numerous phone calls and emails this still has not been resolved.
I cannot exchange and complete without this and have already missed one planned completion date now. It also looks like I will miss another.

Nationwide have never once called me back and each time I call somebody different gets allocated to my case. Each time I then call I can never be put through to them, nobody else can assist and they never get back to me.

I have made an official complaint which is going to the Financial Ombudsman (because I declined the £150 compensation offer to close the complaint down before my mortgage offer has been amended and sent to my solicitors) but my buyers, estate agents, solicitors and myself are still waiting for the amended mortgage offer to be issued.

Does anybody have any ideas on how I can get this resolved ASAP?
Thanks

    If you received a mortgage offer months ago. Why was it only noticed 3 weeks ago?
