Household Bank?

Hello,

I recently wrote ot my creditors asking for reduced payments and asked them to include a paying in book etc.

This week I've been sent a paying in book from Household bank but I've no idea which creditor it has come from as there wasn't any other information. I know they're linked to HSBC so I'm guessing Marbles?

BAA accepted my offer of freezing interest and reduced payment but then my most recent bill includes interests and asks for a higher amount.
Capital One said I needed to provide 2 months wage slips which I've done but then keep sending leters asking for payment with mentioning my offer.

And the best... HSBC ignored my letter and took my working tax credits and child benefit money leaving me with £20 for 2 weeks

Anyway, back to the point, where has the paying in book come from?

    Hi GM,

Houshold Bank is a trading name of HFC Bank, which is a part of HSBC:

    Hope this helps.

Did the book not have any information on the inside cover? Some of mine have minimum payments which helps me work out who the hell they are!

I see, from their website, that they have 'rebranded' themselves and are now called 'BENEFICIAL FINANCE'. They appear to specialise in high interest secured loans.

Anyway, in case you do not get redirected from the original link, they can be found at: http://www.beneficialfinance.co.uk

  • Hmmmmm..I dont have loans so it wont be to do with that.

I have a HSBC credit card but I dont think they have sent it as they're helping thmeselves to my money right now so thats why I'm guessing Marbles as they are part of the HFC Bank as far as I know.

No there was nothing on the BGC book, just my name and a random account number of 1000000. No amounts or anything
