Three weeks to go

Hi everyone,
First of all, just wanted to say I've been bankrupt for the last 11 months and this forum has been a wonderful source of advice and support. I haven't posted much at all but read every new thread/post on here and visit 5/6 times a day. The answers provided have been of great support.
My query, which I wondered if anyone on here could answer is that I am due to be discharged in three weeks. The last contact I had with anyone from the insolvency service was a letter asking for income details (I'm self employed and looking for work but no work available at present, and little over the last year so I haven't been asked to pay an IPA). I'm living at home again so don't have any outgoings etc. The letter arrived in July. I have heard nothing at all since. I had been expecting (but hoping to avoid) a BRO because for the last two years prior to my bankruptcy I had not completed self assessment returns to the HMRC after having fallen out with my accountant (long story), they had always filed my returns (since I started working) and I had no idea how to (sounds stupid I know!) so I buried my head in the sand, things spiralled and found myself bankrupt with an estimated tax bill from HMRC (they were my only creditors). I've read on the BRO/BRU outcomes website that having not submitted returns is a common reason for a BRO. With just three weeks to go can I still expect to hear that I am being chased for BRO/BRU? I read somewhere that 6 weeks prior to discharge was the latest you would hear about a BRO. Every day I dread the post and the phone ringing for fear it's about a BRO.
Apologies for the length of the post above but if anyone can advise if I can still expect to hear from insolvency service re a BRO or not it would put an end to my paranoia!
Thank you!

They can do one late in very very exceptional circumstances, but with 3 weeks to go the odds are massively in favour of there not being one now.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB
