Buying someone out of mortgage

Agreed a buyout price. Just arranging the funds and have a question about fee's and splitting the cost of them. Below are the fee lines, numbers are not relevant I don't think. I will be staying in the property. My question is around what are joint fee's nd what should I just be paying in people's opinion. 5 fee's as shown below. What are people's thoughts on what are joint and what I should be paying on my own. I will be extending the mortgage to buy the other person out.

application fee to mortgage company
arrangement fee to mortgage company
application fee to mortgage advisor
mortgage advisor fee on completion to mortgage advisor
solicitor fee
