PRIZE DRAW TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Open to all UK residents aged 18+, except employees and their immediate families of the Promoter or anyone professionally connected with the promotion. 2. No purchase necessary. 3. Promotion open for entries from 24th September 2015 and closes at 23:59 on 14th October 2015. Entries received after this time will not be included in the prize draw. The winners will be drawn by an independent auditor at random from all valid entries received by the closing date. 4. No responsibility will be accepted for entries which are incomplete, incorrectly completed, not received for whatever reason or for any technical or other error that may arise with any entry. 5. To enter participants must visit www.asda.com/win and follow the instructions. Entrants will be required to provide their full name, date of birth, address, email and mobile telephone number. Only one entry per person and no person may win more than one prize. The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual found to be attempting to circumvent this clause by tampering with the operation of the promotion, setting up multiple accounts or using multiple identities. No third party or bulk entries will be accepted. 6. In the event of an entrant’s phone number or email address changing or their mobile phone being lost, stolen or damaged during the promotion, the Promoter is not able to retrieve or amend any existing entries to new contact details. 7. There is ONE (1) prize available to be won in total consisting of a trip to Westgate Bay, Cornwall: - A holiday for 4 people, including: £200 Travel allowance (to be sent in the form of a personal cheque made out to the winner), 7 nights’ luxury accommodation in a private apartment overlooking the sea (2 x bedrooms, self-catering facilities), welcome food and drink hamper, 2 x 2 hour surfing sessions per person, 2 x 2 hour horsing riding sessions per person, 2 x 2 hour kayaking sessions per person, 40 Minute private speedboat adventure (on one day), Mountain bike hire for the duration of stay, £500 Spending money (to be sent in the form of a personal cheque made out to the winner) and comprehensive travel insurance (excluding pre-existing medical conditions). Any other expenses incurred will be the responsibility of the winner and their guests. - The holiday must be taken by no later than end July 2016, excluding Christmas, New Year (20 December 2015 to 2 January 2016), Easter and all UK Bank Holidays. - At least one member of the party must be over the age of 18 and the parent or legal guardian of any accompanying minors. Children under the age of 12 will not be able to participate in some of in the activities due to health and safety. Details of suitable activities will be finalised in agreement with the winner depending on the age range and physical abilities of their family. - The prizewinners must adhere to the instructions of their professional instructor at all times, and injury caused by the prizewinners own negligence will not be covered under the public liability insurance. - It is the prizewinner’s responsibility to provide and ensure that practical clothing and footwear are worn throughout the trip. All details are offered on a subject to availability basis. The Promoter reserves the right to amend or substitute the prize in whole or part in the event of circumstances outside it control. Any such amends will be of an equal or greater value. The prize is as stated and any other expenses incurred will be the responsibility of the winner. The Promoter’s travel partner, Golden Goose, own terms and conditions may apply. 8. The winners will be notified within 28 days of the closing date via email using the address provided on the original entry. Prizes will be arranged by the Promoter’s travel partner and full details will be provided to the winner. It is the winners’ responsibility to provide the correct address at the time of entry. 9. Should the winner fail to respond to the initial notification within 14 days, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that entry and pass the prize to a reserve winner drawn at the same time as the original winner. 10. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries and the winner including, but not limited to, any entrant’s identity, and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement or refuse further participation in the promotion where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, or any instructions forming part of this promotion’s entry requirements, or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion, or won using fraudulent means.
