Nectar points on Sainsburys shopping

To set up: Log-into Sainsburys groceries, then 'My Account' then under 'Get More' there may be a link to 'My Coupons.' Then tick five different coupons and the list can be emailed to you.
The offers aren't the same for everyone but I currently have 400 Nectar points (worth at least £2) on a £20 spend instore or online.
The points may be useful to double up on other offers. There are often Nectar points on Sainsbury's British whole milk 4 pint - which is also usually included in the Shopitize Ap offers. Also 40 Nectar points for any Schwartz Herbs & Spices, which is also sometimes included in the Quidco/Clicksnap or Checkoutsmart Ap. (See forum for details of these Aps.)
There's no paper coupon - the offers should be loaded to your Nectar card for use in store or online (excluding Sainsburys convenience stores.)
It is fiddly to set up but avoids the problems of paper coupons etc.

Thanks for letting me know. I did a quick search before posting but couldn't find it on the forum. Hope the reminder might help someone0 -
When do the offers change? I've had the same page of offers to choose from for the last month. I thought they were supposed to change.0

They should change, cant answer when they started for me but mine are due to end next week, theres an end date at the bottom of each coupon.0 -
How quickly do they get redeemed? I registered, chose some coupons, confirmed my email address then an hour later went and did a big shop in Sainsbury's. The coupons were for double points on my next shop and extra points for a couple of items that I bought, but no extra points appeared on my receipt for any of them and the coupons are not showing as redeemed on my 'My Coupons' page...0

Its usually about 2 - 3 days or longer. Not all the points get credited at the same time. May show on the sainsburys site before credited on Nectar site. Nothing usually shows on receipt.0 -
Ah, OK. Thanks for that. I'll keep an eye out for them.0

There never used to be an expiry date on them, but now I think they change on a Wednesday.0

Is this thread still live?
I've been using My Coupons for a little while - fiddly, but thought I'd give it a go. However, I don't seem to be getting to grips with it.
Sometimes I feel sure I'm not getting my points credited. Why would that be?
I choose 5 items online, then go and shop for them. When I get home, I go online and replace my chosen 5 items with another lot. Am I replacing them too quickly perhaps?
It's time-consuming to keep checking my Nectar account to see what, if anything, has been credited, esp as it can take days or even weeks for stuff to appear.
Anybody else having issues with My Coupons?0
