In a plan with stepchange and going nicely, got a letter today, that the account with very/is me has been passed to arrow global, which is fine, they acknowledge that a third party are involve. Main problem I have had with very/isme that they have refused to stop interest due to being buy now pay later times, I am able to ask arrow global to stop this interest now?

If the debt has been sold to Arrow, then I believe they can no longer charge interest on it anyway, and the amount owed is now just the outstanding amount.0

3rd party debt buyers don't charge interest on accounts unless the original contract allows then to do so, most consumer credit act agreements do not allow this.
As the other poster said, the amount now outstanding will be frozen at whatever it is.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards.
