Flan dish recipes

I have a large flan dish approx 12 inches x 18 inches with holes in the bottom to ensure the base is well cooked. I use it for pizzas and it is very good. The only shortcoming is that the rim is quite low (about 1 inch). Any ideas of things I could use it for - I think it is a bit 'low' for a quiche.

Fruit tart, perhaps? You could bake a pastry case and frangipane in it, and then build it up with cold ingredents after the bake.
I would imagine that focaccia would come out well too, the underside would be lovely and crispyValue-for-money-for-me-puhleeze!

Tarte au citron and please invite me to share!
Actually the dish would be so big and I am not sure you would be able to freeze successfully, so I guess you would need to use it when catering for a crowd.Solar Suntellite 250 x16 4kW Afore 3600TL dual 2KW E 2KW W no shade, DN15 March 14
