    Generally speaking, any health questionnaires are done after a job offer has been made - it's unlawful to do this any sooner and leaves the employer open to the possibility of action against them for discrimination.

    It's nothing to do with the benefits you are on and everything to do with your capability to do the job in question with or without adjustments.

    So for example, a candidate I interviewed who had a weakness on one side of his body was not able to be be given a position that involved using hoists to lift people, but was offered an alternative role with people who were more mobile.
    All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

    Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.
