Santander Mortgage Application Underwriters?

Hi my application has been approved by the underwriters i am now awaiting a survey which is booked for October 7th (feels like forever away).
Am i nearly there? I assume we've passed some sort of credit check and so long as valuation is ok we will receive an offer? Fingers crossed!
Are there any other pit falls to avoid?

Santander tend to check everything else before they go to valuation so I suspect this is your last hurdle.I am a Mortgage Broker
