Mencap interview: support work!

I have an interview coming up for a support work position with the company named mencap.
It is a group interview and then a formal independent interview if I pass the first stage.
Ant advice would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks!

Make sure you have read up about learning disabilities, autistic spectrum, and Aspergers. You may want to think about how you would go about communicating with someone who doesn't use spoken language (find out about Makaton, among others).
And... if you are really serious about wanting the job, read https://www.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/250877/5086.pdfEx board guide. Signature now changed (if you know, you know).0
