Dairy Free Chocolate Brownie Recipe with Oilve Oil

Options
I've lost my favourite dairy free chocolate brownie recipe made with olive oil and am going spare. Can anyone help?

Looked online but most of the recipes seem to be American in cups and I can't be doing with that! Also I've seen recipes where they recommend cooking for 10-12 minutes and mine cook for about 25 mins.

What I remember of the recipe is as follows:

About 800g of dry ingredients which included cocoa powder, sugar, olive oil and flour. Just don't know in what proportions!

1tsp vanilla essence
4 eggs
water used in place of milk
About 6 tablespoons of olive oil

Anyone got anything that approximates to this?
