Car Loan totals Calculations
I took out a car loan in Dec 2012 n I am trying to work out if I am being charged the correct amount but I am not sure how to do it.. Can any one help ? Does the repayment figures seem correct ?
Financed Amount : 12,501.00
Star date : 20 Dec 2012
End date : 1 Feb 2016
Payment: 1-36 months. 168.69
Apr 6.90%
True Rate : 6.69%
On payment: 37 I am due to pay 8,614.64
36 payments x 168.69 = 6072.84
12501.00 - 6072.64 = 6428.36
12501.00 - 8614.64 = 3886.36
