Judgement of ccj was put on my credit file 27/09/2009
So should come of today I just need it off for a job that starts end of this month.
I phoned experia weeks ago who said it automatically falls off, hopefully because it's a weekend it will come off tommrow.
If not when is it likely to come off I normally wouldn't be stressed out but because it's to do with my job I am
Thanks

Credit reference agencies don't always update straight away, Noddle, for example, is quite a few weeks behind, most only update on a monthly basis.

I agree with Fermi - there's usually a 2 week'ish lag in the CRA's updating. IIRC although there are constant notifications, they actually apply the main updates only twice a month.0

What about other credit records
May take longer. Equifax in particular tend to drag their feet a little.
Experian however, if things go as they should, drop expiring records 6 years to the day at midnight at the end of the 6 year anniversary. i.e. a CCJ, default, or whatever, dated 1/1/2010 would be visible on 1/1/2016 and drop on midnight at the end of that day.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB
