Hi all. Recently viewed a non standard construction bungalow we are really keen on and a offer accepted. . Our only worry though is that from a previous survey we've been told that it has asbestos in the ceilings and may have asbestos in the walls. What's the chances of getting a mortgage on property offer accepted 160k with a 60k deposit? TIA

What is the construction type?
Non standard generally means less appetite to lend so difficult to gat finance. If difficult to buy it will be difficult to sell.
