IVA Mortgage

Hi,
I am currently in an IVA, got 4 years left. I am also in rented accomodation, but want to get a mortgage. I am also self-employed with no real deposit available.
What options are available to me? Ideally I would like a mortgage that takes me IVA into account and actually clear the debt that I have. Although not sure if that's going to be possible.
Any advice would be great.

Why do you particularly want a mortgage now rather than wait until your IVA is complete and you have a deposit?0

Just want to see if I had an option to get a 110% mortgage and clear my debts including my IVA. Although I would have to pay back the full debt and not the reduced amount.
I suppose I'm just getting fed up of paying rent and not seeing anything for it.0 -
Unfortunately you are not going to get a 100% mortgage with an unsatisfied IVA and it will still be very difficult even after it has been satisfied. My advice would be to save hard for a decent deposit.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a Mortgage Adviser, so you need to take my word for it. Thanks, I suppose I will have to do that.0
