Orange Wednesdays: free vouchers?

Hi!
I'm trying to use Orange Wednesdays for the first time. Looking at the website it seems that I should be able to get the "ticket" for free, rather than having to pay 35p for the text ticket. Do do this on-line the website says:
"Go to Orange World, select ‘Film’ then ‘Orange Wednesdays’"
I can't find this free "ticket" anywhere! Is it possible?
Thanks!

I think I read on their website once that rather than texting Film to 241 that you could phone 241 instead and I think that is free......0

OK, will try that - thanks for the response!0

The call to 241 is FREE. To receive the text costs 35p.
In effect, you get a cinema ticket for 35p, which whilst it isnt free, is a very good deal.0 -

Thanks for clarifying! Agreed - a good price for a ticket. The formatting of the information on the Orange web page made me think that there was a way of doing it all for free but if not, I won't complain at 35p.0 -
My dad has a company phone on orange so he get them for completley free lol0

Had this response the other day from orange customer service

I am sorry to learn of the problems you are experiencing with Orange Wednesday ticket and I apologise for the inconvenience this may have caused.
Unfortunately, we have been experiencing a problem with the system that generates the text ticket.
I can confirm that we are aware of the difficulties you describe and our Technical Support are currently looking into this matter.
