Madame Tussauds Tickets Winner - Query

Thank you Lakshmi7 I won a Family Ticket to Madame Tussauds with Heart FM :j

I have a few questions for anyone else who has ever won tickets to Madame Tussauds.

I have been sent actual tickets but they have another persons name on them (I assume the PRs name) do I need to show ID or is that needed only if I were picking tickets up?

Also I understand that it is a timed entrance system now - do I still need to go to the Box Office or can I go in anytime?

Any info would be great x

Purchased your tickets already?

If you've already purchased your tickets in advance, when you turn up at Madame Tussauds London just head to the Box Office to collect a time entry ticket for your party. You'll then have time to enjoy London before your entry time, rather than waiting in line.

Already have a timed entry ticket?

If you've already collected your time entry ticket from our Box Office, or if you've pre-booked online, you're all set to walk down the red carpet! Just return with your entire group at the specified time on your ticket and head to our "TIMED TICKET ENTRY" entrance. We know it's more fabulous to arrive fashionably late, but on this occasion being on time is best!

I wouldn't worry about the name on the tickets.

Thank you for your reply One-Eye. I was just a bit worried about the TIMED TICKET ENTRY bit as there is no specified time on the tickets - hopefully I can go in anytime as a winner

I think they've ditched the timed tickets - we won some tickets over the summer and went through the VIP entrance I think, but I remember them asking us for a time and then emailing back saying it wasn't needed after all.

Thank you Poptart - the VIP entrance sounds fab and hopefully as it is Autumn and a bit more out of season now it will be fairly stress free!
