10.) The winners shall be notified by email by 16th December 2015 11.) The winner will have 5 (five) working days to respond in full or another winner will be selected. 12.) The prize includes: two return flight tickets to Miami from Manchester Airport flying Thomas Cook Airlines and a five night stay in the King Ocean View suite at the Grand Beach Hotel, Miami, subject to availability. 13.) The prize is as stated and is non-transferable. No cash alternatives will be offered. If, due to circumstances beyond the Promoter's control, the Promoter is unable to provide the stated prize, the Promoter reserves the right to award an alternative prize of equal or greater value. 14.) The prize can only be used on a Thomas Cook Flight departing from Manchester Airport. 15.) The flights must be booked by 30th January 2016. 16.) Valid for travel in May or June 2016 excluding school holiday periods. 17.) Travel dates are subject to availability at the time of booking. 18.) The winner must be one of the people travelling on the prize flight. 19.) The prize must be taken as offered and no cash alternative will be offered and cannot be transferred to a package holiday. 20.) The winner and their travelling companions are responsible for ensuring they hold a valid passport to travel and any necessary visa, and hold the adequate travel insurance. 21.) The prize does not include the cost of travel insurance, spending money or any other items or expense not specifically stated within the prize description.
