Sorry it has probably been asked before, but a prize I wont a month ago still hasnt been sent (its lingerie, and they haven't been in contact to ask sizes or address details etc) I wondered who is the next port of call for complaints?

You can contact the ASA if you are getting no response from the company and it has passed the delivery date given or if none was given 30 days as prizes should be delivered within 30 days if no date is specified.
