Anyone who provides us with their details after Monday 14
th September 2015 will be entered into our prize draw to win a Sony
PlayStation 4 with FIFA 16. Four runners up prizes of a Nottingham Forest football shirt will be drawn weekly. Closing date for entries is
5pm on Monday 12th October 2015.
4. The winner will be the first named drawn and delivery of the prize will be agreed with the winner.
5. To be eligible for the prize draw you must be resident in the UK and aged 18 or over.
