    Saying Man City are top of the league a couple of weeks into the season is like saying your bank account is in the black the day after pay day. What really matters is the state of your bank account at the end of the month before pay day or where Man City are at the end of the season.

    Lol well good luck to man city then maybe sven will do it for the blues but i doubt it there at the top now but want they near the top last year at this stage ???? and where did they finish.......... ???? oh well we should let you have your 5 mins :p (mufc no1)

    Erm, no. You're thinking of the season before last. We went top of the league after beating Portsmouth (our 5th match, if memory serves). Okay, so it was only for a couple of days, but that season the red side of Manchester didn't hit that coveted spot at all :rolleyes:

    Last season we got off to a lousy start and subsequently got worse. 14 goals all season. Even Charlton scored more than we did...
