Luton Anglian Windows Manager very rude, beware!

Just wanted to share my experiance of Anglian Windows branch in Luton.
I was thinking of using them to supply and fit a new front door, I booked an appointment and made it very clear I wanted a call in the morning to make sure I still was available. No call.
Today the manager Andy called me and was just plain rude. I am so glad I could not attend the appointment if the manager thinks he can talk to poeple like so and slam down the phone!

The rich are getting richer and the poor are getting poorer - I was in my late 20s when I figured out what this meant.
I neither take or enter agreements which deal with interest. I dont want to profit from someone's misery.
