Look at the evidence provided in the article and there is nothing concrete at all.
Lest we forget, the price of Deutsche Bank ADRs (I assume that is what the author uses as he states the price in USD) is not a vote on the current viability of the bank, certainly not at $29. Maybe at ~$0 but not at current valuations.
FWIW, the market cap of Deutsche is currently EUR33,000,000,000 or thereabouts.0 -

With rumour abound that BMW could be involved too it's going to be costly. BP ultimately involved dead fish. This thing involves effectively LOADS of dead people. It's not far from corporate murder. If I tweaked my factory setting to pump poisonous gases into my village for years knowingly some people will die quicker than they should, the judge isn't going to be kind.
