CrossWall Construction Mortgage

Hello,
I have had a survey come back on a property i am currently purchasing.
The survey has stated the property is of crosswall construction.
The mortgage works have agreed to lend on my requested LTV of 75%
I have read many posts and everyone seems to have a completely different opinions.
Does anyone have experience of purchasing this type of property?
My intention would be to let the property out but would want to of course sell in the future, my concearn is if people trying to obtian residentail mortgage may stuggle with a high LTV
