On R4's 'You and Yours' today there was an item about Paddy Ashdown's failure, despite using House of Lords headed notepaper, to get any sense out of Skype's call centre/customer service department. 'You and Yours' have also received no response to several emails. Since Skype are obviously frightened by neither Lord Paddy Ashdown nor R4's leading consumer affairs/rights programme, the BBC have asked Dame Jenni Murray (the Bull!!!!! of BBC Woman's Hour) to take up the challenge. I know it's nothing to do with Energy Suppliers, but it's surely in the same ball-park.

Not really. Microsoft own Skype and they had a big outage recently.

Probably inundated with queries after that0 -
