Old Norwich union personal pension policy

Hi there
I have a personal pension policy with profits which ran from 1991 until 1997 when I went back into self employment,I then got a statement from Norwich union in 1997 showing the units bought and a value of £7104.
I never got anymore statements from Norwich union since 1997 and assumed that £7104 is what I will get when the policy ends in 2022.
As I have now moved house I let Aviva know my change of address in August and again in early September this year as no letters or emails have been received back
Is this normal for them not to contact me ?
This is my 1st posting so apologies if Im on the wrong board.
kind regards Keith

Annual illustrations were made compulsory in 2003 I think, but small funds and older pensions had exemptions. I can't find the exact date unfortunately. Anyway you can ask them for a value and projection.
Send them another letter headed with "Complaint" in bold, which should at least get an acknowledgement, as it's a FCA rule breach to ignore a complaint.0 -
Hi The Gardenman
I'm really sorry to hear you haven't received any confirmation of your change of address. It would definitely be worth me looking into this to ensure the change has been made effectively and you receive the correct documents.
Can you please forward the following details to social@aviva.co.uk -
Full name
Date of birth
Postcode
Policy number
I look forward to hearing back from you soon.
Kind Regards
Stephanie
