    I got a different message at the end, saying they were having a problem processing bank cards and it was their problem and not a problem with my card. Tried again seconds later and got the same message as everyone else.

    I had all my details filled in for my holiday (£999.97!!!)
    Got the code, entered my details, 4.01pm and........
    "We are sorry, but it has not been possible to apply the promotion to your booking"

    And I was VERY quick - so well done to those that did get it.

    Looks like Christmas in England this year for me! :snow_laug

    i got to the last stage with the code working then it said my hotel has timed out, really upset know :confused:
