NRAM recording incorrect default date

Hi Guys,
Looking for a bit of advice. I was discharged a few months back and have begun looking through my credit files to clean them up. The most glaring issue I've seen is that NRAM have my default date listed as some four months after my BR date. This is down to the fact that my property was repossessed at this time. As there was a shortfall from the reposession, I know that this is included in my BR and, as such, the date recorded by NRAM should be no later than my BR date.
I want to get in touch with them and get this put right. I definitely recall reading on this forum some months back about someone having an almost identical issue with their mortgage provider but I can't seem to find it. I believe someone posted a template for them to use when contacting their provider, quoting the legislation that requires them to alter the date to the BR date. Can anyone kindly provide me with this template?
Also, does anyone have an up-to-date contact address for the data controller at NRAM? I have seen a couple of different addresses and want to ensure I am doing this correctly.
Many thanks in advance,
BDA
