Mum being bullied by boss at work

UPDATE: She has been called into a meeting today where she was allowed to address her concerns with another member of management, she's now been promised that the health and safety issues with the chemicals will be addressed and has been assured boss has been told to leave the cleaners alone. They've also been told they are to return to normal working hours and have been given a slight pay rise.


She's still looking for a new job, but it seems in the time being she has enough people on her side.


Mustang121 - He ticked off some other employees a few weeks ago and had his car keyed and windows smashed. I wouldn't condone violence, but I think that made a few people smile that day.

Good luck to her with landing that new job. Whatever she does though, resist the temptation to stick two fingers up to her old boss. You never know when you'll need that reference!
