Barclays Removing Marker

I was discharged on 17/09, on 18/09 I visited Barclays to show them proof of my discharge so that the bankruptcy marker could be removed from my account and I could have online/telephone/mobile banking back.
Does anyone know how long this usually takes as I still can't access it. I've tried phoning customer services but they just tell me they can't talk to me about my account because of the marker and I can't speak to the insolvency team!

If the branch have done the job correctly then they will have forward it on insolvency team at manchester, last time i heard there was a backlog but they were still operating within their usual turnaround of 5 working days
