I had a loan with sainsburys with when I went into my DMP got sold to Arrow Global, however Moorcroft Debt Recovery are the 'collection company'
Te account is in default and the default expires December 2016.
Back in May I sent a CCA request to them, a month later they confirmed receipt of the letter and they suspended collection on the account stating they wont seek to enforce payment of the debt until such time as the documentation has been supplied or they are advised to the contrary.
3 months on.....nothing heard.
I'm assuming they are struggling to find it.
I did in July write to them stating if they couldn't provide the docs I'd pay them £1 a month for the next 7,777 months or they could accept an offer of £1000 to settle the account there and then, this letter was ignored.
I guess I just sit tight and do nothing for the foreseeable..?

Hi,
It doesn't matter if he acknowledged it or not, makes no difference to the agreement status.
