Creditexpert (Experian) Reclaim Can I claim again?

Just after some advice.

Months ago after reading the artical on replaiming from Credit Expert (Experian) I sent my
letter off to them and recieved a refund of myover payments.

Without checking I've not realised that they have continued to take £14.99 out of my account.

Can I claim again?
