After Discharge

I currently have a NT Tax Code IPA which will last till the end of the tax year 15/16 I am due to be discharged in June next year. My question is after I am discharged does that mean I won't have to pay into an IPA? Is the three year rule only applicable while you are a current bankrupt?
Sorry if it seems a basic question!

I am the same. Different dates. I had my letter yesterday , states the ipa is only until the end of the current tax year. I would think that means you go back to normal after and dont have to pay anything else.0

NT based IPA runs until the end of the tax year you went bankrupt in then ends. If the want to set up one that claims normal surplus income for 3 years then they would have to set that up separately. If they don't before you are discharged in June, that is it. Over.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB
