    Hi,
The CCJ, if it exists, will be shown in the "public information" section on your credit file.
How do you know a CCJ has been issued against you ?

My guess is that the ccj was issued before September 2009 and, being more than 6 years old, no longer appears anywhere except in the records of the court that issued it, and whoever owns the debt now.

CRAs and Registry Trust searches will not show it. If you want to declare 'no ccj' then in practice no-one will be able to show otherwise.

Of course, if there is a debt outstanding and owned by some organisation somewhere, and they are looking for you, then linking your addresses through the CRAs may mean they can now get in touch with you.

If paid within one month, the entry on the register of judgements and fines would be 'cancelled'.
