Redon Fuels. Anyone struggling?!

Having ordered oil from redon fuels in Newtownabbey over 3 weeks ago I still have no oil and no refund.
Despite the money being taken from my account the oil didn't arrive on delivery date, I called and was told they would deliver on the Monday(6days after order was placed). Monday came no oil and no one answering phone. After a few more days of broken promises someone finally admitted that they had no oil and were trying to source some. A further 4 days of phone calls looking for a refund they finally agreed and the refund was sent last Monday apparently however it's yet to hit my account and I fear I will never see it again.
Has anyone else had this with Redon?
I've no idea where to go next to try and get my money back from them.

I rang Redon for a quote for oil a couple of days ago and was told they wouldn't be able to take my order until the end of the week, that was all they told me - no real surprise!.
If you ever get sorted and your money back - try Nicholl Oils based in L'derry - they deliver to all parts (I'm in the North East,) they are very competitive and will price match - I was able to get 900 litres for £270 - hope that helps...0 -

Drove past Reddon this morning. Doors are open and looks like business as usual0
