How to start paying CCJ

Hi, New poster here and need advice. I was randomly checking my credit report on noddle and while browsing I found a CCJ issued 15/09/2015 for £897 from Lowell group. I moved house 2 months ago and had not knew anything of the court order. I acknowledge the debt is mine and im now in a better financial situation to pay. How do I start paying? I cannot afford to pay it in full and would happily pay by installments. Who do I organise a payment plan with? Do I contact Lowell or must I go through the court? I suspect the court has ordered me to pay in full within 30 days but thats impossible for me. Who should I contact first.:(

Its from 2013 I know whats its for its for a mobile contract that I stopped paying for due to redundancy and after falling into deep depression I ignored all the letters and warnings hoping they would just go away. Now things are better and Im earning again and fair wage and im wrapping up my debts. Ive only got £3-4000 total debt including this CCJ.0

Hi there, welcome to MSE.
Fatbelly is right - Lowell is the owner/ claimant on the debt and they would receive the payments. If you do not pay the judgement as instructed by the court then the claimant can take further court enforcement against you. This could be bailiffs, an attachment of earnings order or a charging order (if you are named on a mortgage property).
Try and pay as the court ordered (you may be able to get a copy of the judgement reissued from the court)...if you can't then apply to the court to vary the judgement (on an N245 form) to prevent further court enforcement. Have a look at our factsheet - https://www.nationaldebtline.org/EW/factsheets/Pages/08%20EW%20County%20court%20-%20suspending%20a%20bailiff%27s%20warrant%20or%20reducing%20instalments%20on%20a%20county-court%20judgment/Default.aspx
