Sorry to jump in there but someone mentioned the Amazon voucher, can it be used just as normal on Amazon? It said that it can only be used for outside UK deliveries?

Which site said this? Amazon or Pinecone? I always get Paypal - I'd check their T&C's or contact Amazon customer service.

Please note: This voucher can only be redeemed online at https://www.Amazon.co.uk and orders being despatched outside of mainland UK (Countries outside of the UK may incur a higher delivery cost).

I think you will find that it has not been entered on the site correctly,I believe it should be that you can use the Ecode but orders outside the UK may have a higher delivery charge.
Personally I cash out with PP as I have other sites for the Amazon one

I didn't find an answer on their site or through a quick Google - is Pinecone something anyone can participate in? All around the world? Or is it limited to specific countries?

They don't recruit at the moment - from time to time they recruit through banner ads. Don't think it is around the world - i think it is UK only actually.
