Can anyone offer any advise please.
Wondering what happens when an IPA ends, is it all over and then start with a clean slate as in pre bankruptcy days?

Do any restrictions still apply?
Can creditors still come after you for any debts owed?
What happens to any assets such as a windfall or an inheritance received after the IPA?

What happens to any assets such as a windfall or an inheritance received after the IPA? They are yours. In fact they will be before the IPA ends, as long as you are discharged. IPAs are for income, and what you mentioned would be assets.
