Hello all, i have bought some veal,but now after buying it not sure how really to cook it,any ideas and recipes very much appreciated. ;-)

Wienerschnitzel is a great veal recipe. Beat it flat, breadcrumb it and bake it.

Depends on the cut. You can't make schnitzel with shin.0

Agree, it depends on the cut. As a general rule treat it the same as the equivalent cut of beef, but remember it has a milder flavour.Shrinking my mortgage!
