Q. If you get a Mortgage ISA say with Halifax can you only get a mortgage with Halifax?
Q. If no to the above can a Broker still be employed?
I recieve a link in the other thread and it was nothing different to what I had already read. Can any of you brokers out there which sometimes say they have had information on what the future looks possibly advice me. Or am I rambling again?

Do you mean the Help to Buy ISA?
If so, no you don't have to have your mortgage with the same company as your ISA and yes, you can use a broker.

Yes, an ISA is an Individual Savings Account, so you have one each, joint ones are not allowed.
