Just been on the national lottery site to check my numbers - LOST and no win as usual - and a popup appeared for a survey on their website.
Don't know if it will show for everybody, but if it does and you do it, at the end you get entered for a draw for £250 - took me about a minute or so to do.
https://www.national-lottery.co.uk/ - might pop up for you too if you visit the site, these things don't appear for everybody it's just pot luck.

I didn.t log in - I just went to draw history looked to see if I'd won and the pop up appeared - maybe I was lucky or maybe it was feeling sorry for me as I had a losing ticket.........popup will not appear for everyone, my son's just told me he had the survey show about 5 minutes ago so could be it will only show in certain regions or they have already reached their target number.
Also the end date is probably wrong.0
